Ronald L. Iden was named Senior Vice President, Security for the Walt
Disney Company. He will overlook the development of security for the

"Cheese!" Disneyland Resort invites the world to be a part
of "The Happiest Faces On Earth... A Disney Family Album"
As part of its celebration for its 50th birthday next year, Disneyland
Park will introduce an innovative project featuring photos submitted
by Disney fans from around the world. Disneyland President Matt Ouimet
will introduce the "Disney Family Album" on Saturday, July
17: Disneyland's 49th birthday.
Don't
expect any big changes with "Big Thunder"
Jim Hill Media dispels rampant rumors that Big Thunder Mountain Railroad,
which last week had its third widely-reported accident in a year, will
not be closing down for good because the attraction appears in all other
Disney Magic Kingdom-type parks and because, apparently, these sorts
of "bump" accidents have been happening for years but were
never picked up by the news due to little scrutiny and heavy compensation
by park management.

the construction of a second wedding pavillion near the Epcot resorts.
