'The Incredibles' debuts at number one in box office

Pixar and Walt Disney Pictures' "The Incredibles" was the number one film at the box office this past weekend, earning nearly $71 million.

"The Incredibles" opened in more theaters than Pixar's previous film, "Finding Nemo," and had a larger opening. "Finding Nemo" is currently the second-highest grossing animated film of all time.

Next for Pixar is "Cars," set to be released in just under a year on November 4, 2005. The trailer for "Cars" was recently released and can be viewed at Apple Trailers.
