The event is from 7 to 9 p.m., and tickets are $30 (including all taxes). There is also a special VIP ticket available. The cost for the VIP ticket is $100 and includes an autographed item, VIP seating, and an opportunity for a meet and greet with the athletes. Children under the age of three, when sitting with a parent, are admitted free. There is a seating limit of 800 people. Tickets are limited to four per person, and seats are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking is available at the Lembi Parking Lot or across the street from the venue.
