Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage at Disneyland set to launch in one week

Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage at Disneyland

The excitement is building as Disneyland's newest attraction, Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage, gets ready for its grand opening to the public in one week, on Monday, June 11.

Some have already experienced the underwater journey: Over the weekend, Disneyland held previews to allow its cast members to be the first to enjoy the new attraction.

This week, on June 6 and 7, certain Disneyland Annual Passholders will get a chance to preview the attraction as well. Those selected for the Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage preview were chosen through an online lottery determined last week.

As Disneyland gets ready for the summertime crowds expected to descend on the park for the new attraction, cast members have been setting up the overflow line near the ride's entrance in Tomorrowland and stretching around the Submarine Lagoon, along Autopia, and toward "it's a small world."

Lines for the attraction are expected to be very long through the busy summer season because of the popular theme as well as the submarines' lower hourly capacity.

The update of the classic E-ticket attraction at Disneyland brings characters and scenes from the popular Pixar film "Finding Nemo" for an all-new experience.

To prepare for the official opening of the Disneyland attraction, the Disneyland Resort released the following publicity pictures of Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage:
