Part of The Tom Joyner Family Reunion over Labor Day weekend at Walt Disney World Resort, the "Disney-MGM Studios Party" is a jam with some of today's top performers of urban, hip-hop, soul and pop music. Beginning at 9 p.m. (after regular park operating hours), the theme park stages will come alive with acts including Lionel Richie, Jill Scott, Ashanti, New Edition and the hot Scream Tour IV cast of Bow Wow, Omarion, Marques Houston, Bobby Valentino and B5. And while guests are rockin' out to the beat, they can also experience popular Disney-MGM Studios attractions, such as Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith and The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. Tickets for the Sept. 3 event are $60 plus tax per person and can be arranged by calling 407/W-DISNEY or online at www.ticketmaster.com (service charges apply for Ticketmaster online orders). In addition, specially priced packages for the entire Tom Joyner Family Reunion weekend -- featuring exclusive events Sept. 1-4 for package guests only -- are still available. Weekend activities at Walt Disney World Resort include admission to all four theme parks -- Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney-MGM Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom -- private parties, a Sunday worship extravaganza, family fitness workouts and a slate of family-oriented events to delight guests of every age. A family of four can purchase a package including hotel stay, theme park tickets, admission to exclusive parties, special events, seminars and workshops, for as little as $160 per person, per day.
