'Mickey Mouse Clubhouse' to feature Disney characters for preschoolers
on 'Playhouse Disney'
The Disney Channel will soon once again feature popular cartoon
character and Disney icon Mickey Mouse and his friends in its
daily lineup in a new show called "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse."
"Playhouse Disney," the Disney Channel's morning programming
for preschoolers which features several shows such as "Bear
in the Big Blue House," "Rolie Polie Olie,"
and "Stanley," will soon include "Mickey Mouse
Clubhouse."
The new Mickey Mouse cartoon will debut at the beginning of 2006 and
will be educational in nature, according to a press release. Disney
favorites Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, and Pluto will be on hand
to accompany Mickey Mouse.
Disney-MGM Studios at Walt Disney World and Disney's California Adventure
at the Disneyland Resort feature attractions based on the shows of "Playhouse
Disney."
