Walt Disney Company to webcast its annual meeting of shareholders

The annual meeting of shareholders of The Walt Disney Company (NYSE: DIS) will be available via audio Web cast at www.disney.com/investors beginning at 11 a.m. EST on February 11, 2005.

A replay will be provided through Friday, February 18, 2005 at 3 p.m. PST.

This year's annual meeting of shareholders of the Walt Disney Company will be held in Minneapolis, Minnesota, continuing a recent trend of the Walt Disney Company to hold shareholders meetings away from central Florida or southern California.
