However, at the press conference, Pitt's first major appearance since announcing his divorce with Friends star Jennifer Aniston, only members of the Japanese media were allowed in; international press was forbidden to enter. The Japanese media were instructed by the Warner Bros. Studios to not ask personal questions. Members of the international press were turned away, disappointed. Last week, Pitt and Aniston made headlines when the popular Hollywood couple announced that they would separate after four years of marriage. The exact reason was not divulged.
